Body-Mind Healing in Central London

In every medical tradition before ours healing was accomplished by moving energy.” Dr Albert Szent Georgyi, Nobel Laureate.Each person’s body – like their fingerprint – is unique, and carries within it the memory of every single experience that has ever happened to it. Some of these experiences have been shut away from conscious memory, perhaps because they are too painful to recall. Our bodies keep these memories stored and over time this creates blocks or barriers to the free flow of life force which circulates through us to sustain our well-being.
We are all aware of our physical bodies, but perhaps not so aware of our ‘subtle’ anatomy – sometimes referred to as the auric field. It is here that we register thoughts and feelings, which then in turn impact on our physical body and can ultimately create disharmony or disease.
Healing starts with a deep listening, listening not only to the words that are spoken, but also to what the body is saying. Being in a more relaxed state, the body will then ‘speak’ its mind, allowing the healing energy to pinpoint the area where systemic imbalances manifest as pain or dis-ease.
Combining brief psychotherapy with body healing encourages powerful release of the negative patterns and beliefs which are preventing the true expression of our blueprint for well-being. Building on my Master’s degree in transpersonal Jungian Psychology, I have evolved a healing practice which bridges holistic and allopathic approaches and involves you – the patient – participating, which leads to a deeper level of healing.
